What is an Adult Family Home?
An AFH is a small, licensed residential home (up to six residents) that provides room, board, and personal care in a homelike setting.

Do you offer short-term stays or respite?
Yes—subject to availability. Short stays can support recovery or give family caregivers a break.
Can we visit before deciding?
Absolutely. Schedule a tour to see the home and ask questions.
How are meals handled?
We provide home-cooked meals and snacks, and we can accommodate many special diets as ordered by a provider.
Who manages medications?
Staff provide reminders/assistance and coordinate with providers and pharmacies as needed.
What about mobility and safety?
We assist with transfers, fall-prevention, and use of assistive devices. The home includes accessibility features like grab bars and a ramp.
Are rooms private?
We have private rooms; specific availability varies. See current status or ask during your tour.
What does pricing include?
24/7 support, meals, housekeeping, laundry, activities, and individualized care. The rate depends on level of support.
